But I still have questions I can't find answers for, even on this forum. These are:
1. Keyword quality - how it is possible that I have a Quality Score=OK (not "Great" but only "OK") when there were no impressions, or the impressions are very low? Note, that this is a completely new account. Is this somehow based on global data? Of other advertisers?
2. Advertising my products is reasonable only when the CPC is below 0.07$ - right now about 20% of my keywords are active and they fit this price. But I don't want to make a mistake and be punished with a higher minimum CPC - so the question is - is there some global (absolute) CRT minimum value? I mean - I've heard that if CRT doesn't exceed 0.5% - I'll be punished with a higher CPC - is this true or these values are rather based on how my competitors are doing?
3. If I can see, that I must bid of e.g. 0.20$ for the keyword to be activated, then I assume there are more than 8 competitors on these keywords, yes? And there is no place for me if I bid only 0.07$ yes? But then why don't I see _any_ competitors for these keywords when I type them in? Or there are only 2 or 3 of them. Why? (I tested lot's of languages and territories).
4. Probably the last question :) - This one is related to question 3: currently I have my ads for "all countries and territories". Most of them have a minimum bid of 0.10$ or higher. In some cases I do understand why - after typing in those keywords I can see lots of ads - but.... not in non-english Google, that is, when I (being in Poland) type in those keywords in Google.pl - I can't see any advertisers - shouldn't Google be smart enough to show my ads at least there? With my current 0.07$ bid? Or do I have to create another ad group targeting non-English,non-US users to get a lower minimum CPC?
5. OK, I lied, it wasn't the last question - this one will be:) - generally and statistically, which keyword matching method are you using most often? I know it depends etc... but statistically, broad matching? phrase or exact matching? I thought that using exact matching was the best choice but having a low number of impressions I'm not so sure.

All my keywords are inactive for search, even those with 0 impressions, 0 clicks, 0 competitors.
Why? My website is not an affiliate site full of affiliate links or adsense.
I even made a test - added a new campaign for keywords: [blah blah blah] - really, as it is - and Adwords tells me: "Increase quality or bid $0.20 to activate"
