Can't exclude Domain Ads from Content anymore?

I had an oops yesterday. I was in AdWords Editor making some changes to a content only campaign and deleting some keywords. I posted my changes without realizing that two of my adgroups got posted without any keywords.

I'm checking my stats today and both of those AdGroups have impressions and one of those AdGroups has clicks. Remember...NO keywords...just a text ad.

So I pulled my placement report and under domain it shows "domain ads" and under URL it shows "domain ads". The main point...I have NO means to exclude my content ads from showing as domain ads!

I could use some cuss words here...but I'll refrain...I have NO desire for my ads to show on those sites. I have been lobbying with Google for months to get rid of them and now I don't even have the option to exclude them.

I think I need a drink....

I thought it's always worked that way.

No actually it didn't. Up until this report, it actually showed every domain and URL and I could exclude individual domains, including domain placeholders.

If you will pull out your old, saved reports and compare them to today...you can see that "domain ad" was not on the old ones.

one example:

I pulled a report from from June 1st for one of my adgroups. The placement report shows URL#1, URL#2 and nextelenterprise.com (showing a network solutions placeholder page). The placement report I pulled today for the same adgroup for June 1st shows URL#1, URL#2 and "domain ad".
