Questions about differences in Company and Individual Qualifications

Scenario:
I have a MCC account. The sign in is my personal gmail account firstnamelastname@gmail.com

I am working with an agency and I will soon be managing all of their clients PPC campaigns.

I will be soon taking the exam.

I would like to get the qualified individual certification.

Eventually I would like to get the company qualified(meaning having one other employee pass the qualified exam)

In order to do this, do I need to make the MCC tied to the company instead of my personal account.
Should I create a new MCC?

I have read differing opinions on bias against new accounts so I am not sure I want to go this route.

I am also confused about having my MCC tied to all of the client's accounts and i want to have another employee take the test won't all the ad spend be tied to my MCC.

Please advise, and thanks in advance!

No.

Just put the second MCC account within your own.

>Should I create a new MCC?

No need.

Don't open a new MCC. You can only get qualified under ONE account. If you open a new account you start the clock ticking from that date. You will lose all your qualifing dollars and if you had taken the exam it would NOT be transfered to the new account. So you know Google customer service (I think this is an oxymoron) will NOT help you correct it. I have been through this nightmare and it has cost me $600 in qualifing dollars, three more months and numeous hours trying to work with Google (total waste of time). They do not treat Adwords Profesionals very well. There have even been discussions of Google stealing larger accounts away from a Adwords Professional that started the business. My personal experience is they really do not give a damn about helping you succeed and if you do succeed they take the business direct.
