From yesterday Analytics is not tracking properly. Data were incorrect. Also, there is a difference in data between the old and the new interface.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Yes. I was onto Google about this and their reply was that they were aware of the issue and have no idea when it will be resolved. But the engineers are on it. :)

I cannot quote the mail I received here unfortunately.
Just know you are not alone.

Sorry not to have jumped in earlier - I was not in the office yesterday, nor even near a computer for the bulk of the day (!)

I trust that this is now working as expected for you both? My inquiries tell me that this should be the case. :)

Hi AWA. Welcome back.

Actually no, it's still not reporting correctly.

I am having MAJOR issues with GA not reporting paid KWs and some other major inconsistencies across multiple clients accounts.

Too early to log another support request?

Hmmmm. Very sorry to hear that.

Let me check with a colleague who is deeply involved in Analytics, to see if I can learn anything more, based on your feedback here.

It'll be tomorrow, however - as I wasn't able to track him down just now. ;)

Dave_Davis, I've talked with my colleague who says that this sounds like a tagging issue, and that contacting the support folks is the right thing to have done - as they would be best able to assist you. He went on to say that there are not currently any 'issues' with Analytics, and this seems to be borne out by the lack of additional posting to this thread.

In my opinion, I don't think another support request is really needed at this point. One thing to keep in mind is that in the past few days a redesigned UI for Analytics has recently been made available to a very large number (i.e. all) Analytics users, and consequently there has been an increased volume of email to the support teams. So response time is longer now that it ordinarily would be, for which I do apologize.

Thanks for the update AWA.

Just to clarify, the mail I received from support said there were issues known to them.

The problem seems to have resolved itself now and I am a very happy camper.

Thanks for looking into this. It is very much appreciated.

Welcome Back AWA!

Thanks for the update AWA.

Dave_Davis, the problem is fixed. The new version looks much clear.

I like it!
