Creating a duplicate campaign

Is there an efficient way?

Presently running an adwords campaign in US. Consists of 32 ad groups, most having multiple ad variations. Would like to run same ad groups in Canada and UK with only differences being country, time schedule, max CPC and currency displayed in ad text (CAD and GBP instead of USD). It would be much easier to duplicate the entire campaign and then edit the settings and ad groups rather than recreate all the ad groups and individual ads. Any idea if this can be done efficiently?

Much obliged for your help.

The easiest way is to download AdWords Editor.

Manually create a new campaign with whatever individual changes. Then use adwords editor to copy all adgroups over.

Simple. :)

(I honestly do not know where I would be without AdWords Editor).

Dave and admagix,

I'll check out the AdWords Editor. Thanks for the advice.
