I think I have seen this before . . ..

How can I add / append keyword searched to a destination url

example: adding sid= to an affiliate url

also is there a way to add - type of traffic
search, content, etc to the urls?

if your just wanting the keyword that you have set in an adgroup just assign a url to the keyword with your keyword id http://www.example.com/mygreatpage.htm?KEYWORD_ID=25

You can use www.example.com/?key={keyword} as the destination url.
