Concerning the Position Preference setting, does it work in harmony with the CPC bid amount or over-ride it? Example: If positions 1-4 is selected, will an ad only show in those positions if the CPC bid is high enough to warrant the position, and not be shown at all if the CPC isn’t high enough? Or, will you get the position irregardless of the CPC selected and then have to pay the going rate for it (position) whatever it may be?
