Question about conversion code

Hi,

I have a question, I have 20 separate adwords acounts for the same website. I need to put 20 different code snippets in a thank you page.

I would like to know if this would work without the codes conflicting with each other - it is a very big account and cannot afford to test and change the codes every other day... Does anyone have any experience with this sort of account?

Why would you have 20 accounts for a single website?

The customer already has this structure and i can't change it. But now they want to measure the conversions and I am in charge for it...

If it were I, I would talk to Google about merging the accounts.
