Auto change to BST?

If you have an account, and say you have set the timezone to GMT, then do the timings automatically change to +1 hour to reflect BST when the clocks go forward?

Are time zones affected by Daylight Saving Time? Yes. Your account shifts automatically to reflect any changes to the local time zone that you have selected.

You can, if you wish, choose to have your account set to Greenwich Meridian Time (GMT) with no shifts for Daylight Saving Time. To do so, you must choose '(GMT+00:00) No daylight saving' during the account signup process.
