When you run a report in AdWords, you get the option of selecting both these fields to be part of the report and the results show different numbers. Can anyone explain what is the difference between the 2 terms?

I pulled a report attempting to learn the answer, resham5, but I too am baffled. (Choosing 'conversion cost' simply duplicates the 'cost' column?) And, it's not the first time I've been unsure of the precise meanings of Google's reporting variables...

Google, can you please add each of these terms to your Help Glossary? Searching for them in your Help section yields little to no useful information.
