Google itself does provide a good, detailed HELP centre, your eyes get kinda tired and sore after a while from reading from a computer screen.
Learning Center - Text Lessons Catalog (printable by section):

I just picked up this book at a bookstore a few weeks ago....
<opinion> Back in my college days, I had a professor who repeatedly hammered home the point that any text book (regardless of subject) that was permanently bound would almost certainly be out of date - due the to lead time required for the publishing process.
So (IMO), if you do buy a book, at least run through the Help Center and Learning Center on topics that are of particular interest to you - as these resources are updated frequently by the AdWords folks.</opinion>

may be you might be doing this only for high end corporate customers
i gave this suggestion to google team during recent survery carried out by them , not sure if they listen or not
-------
btw i guess no book might be covering recent changes of quality scores , marshall book i guess is bit old , might be useful for lots and lots of overall tips i guess
please let me know how you find that book and share any special tips and tricks you might be gathering from it
I think the book is a very good complement to the Google tutorials.
Google should provide all its advertisers prinited book of its help section , its not easy to read that lot in front of computer , now dont say take a print out your self , we spend lot of money on adwords every month and google should keep advertisers happy
I understand your point very well, benevolent001 - and in theory I whole-heartedly agree with you.
In practice, however, it isn't quite that simple - mainly because the content in the Help Center evolves virtually every day, and is then updated/localized in dozens of languages.
