We do the adwords for a company and recently we had to update their credit card details. Google seems to be rejecting the new card details (no idea why, the card is valid, bank says its fine).
We also run the account for a subsidiary of the same company (different company, product, different credit card).
We're trying to use the CC of the subsidiary co. for the main co., but that is also being rejected.
We've phoned support (U.K.), but they are closed today.
What I'm wondering is, is it possible to use the same CC on two different accounts? The main co. account is more important then the subidiary co, and we're wondering if cancelling the subsidiary company AdWords account may open up that card for the main companies' account.
Reading around, it seems that we should be able to use the same card on a second account, just wondering if anyone knows for sure for sure...
As far as I know it is not allowed to have 2 accounts with 1 creditcard. It could give you the possibility to place multiple ads under the same keyword, which is not allowed by google.
You can always use bankwires or other sort of payment instead of CC card.
