Hi folks

Strange question but I hope someone can help.

One of the sites I manage offers a service that there are mulitple words used to describe it - for example - widget makers, widget manufacturers, widget constructors etc.

Currently I run a adwords campaign for this site split into different adgroups based on terms etc - ie one for widget makers and variations, one for widget constructors and variations etc. All pointing to one landing page.

After reading for years that google like relevant landing pages my question is - would google frown on my site if I had different landing pages for the different terms - being that all the relate to the same product?

Ie the adgroup for widgit makers would go to a page optimised for the keyword widgit makers etc...

I really don't want to get my site punished for this in the free listing as it enjoys a good position at the min.

Thanks for any input.

Shouldn't be a problem. And now there's the Website Optimizer, opened up to every AdWords customer, so you can test different landing pages.

(obviously you might have to rebuild your QS on any new pages)

Thanks for the reply.

I've just signed up for optimiser but I mean this as more of a long term thing as all 3 terms widget maker, manufactures, contructor etc have great results and just want to maximise them all rather than sending them all to a generic landing page.

I just want to make sure google wont punish me for having 3 different landing pages for the same service/product. The pages look the same just reworded with the search term that page is optimised for.

Can anyone else ease my mind?
