I have some 25 campaigns active and some 28 supressed (appears as "suprimidas" in spanish). However those red old campaigns are not used but they show.
Can't I get rid of those permanently?

you cant permanently get rid of them but there is an option to show only active campaigns so they dont clutter up your screen.

Yes you can opt for that option to just see the active campaigns or else you can ask AdWords may be they can help out..... as I dont think that should affect much on your current campaigns.
