The link is here for Google AdWords blog:

Google says that as usual they are giving a select group of AdWords advertisers early access to Audio Ads, so that they can gather feedback that will influence product features and direction. By testing with a small group, they can see which features are most-used, which are least-used, and which could benefit from redesign. Early testers help Google to create the best possible product before releasing it to a larger group.
hmmm ..... that means spending advertiser's money for testing...
And if you want to ask Google how much it will cost? they say, that You're always in control of how much you spend on your Audio Ads campaigns. When creating a new campaign, the first step is to set your budget - the maximum amount that you'd like to spend per week. Once you've defined your campaign, Audio Ads will show you how your budget will be spent, and we'll give you the chance to make any changes to your settings. We encourage you to experiment with different budgets to find out what works best for you. Factors such as the number and size of the markets you select, as well as the time of day that your ad will run, will affect the amount you'll need to spend.
Hmm Nice one.. if an advertiser earn profit well and good else... it will be a worth experience to be shared.. isn't it.

1-Buying ad time on 140 stations so there can't be to many slots open
2- Buying ad time the stations haven't sold so you are buying subprime time the exact time I don't want an ad running so how do you know when if your time slot is open.
3-cost is 2500.00 to run the ad this isn't so bad but the time slot 143 stations and a few other nagging questions have me holding back.
Not to mention the domain if your only internet the domain needs to be simple so the url is real easy to spell so I will need a new url to redirect to the domain I want up.
I can see the ad please go to the-best-place-to-buy.com Fictious name but you get the point...will have to buy the domain bpb.com so the domain is easy to write down or remember as almost 90% of the customers will be audio.
I wish Google explained it better so I am asking anyone given this a shot. I know it is early but any feedback would be welcome..
Check out what I got.... I got this mail:
We'd like to invite you to try a new extension of AdWords -- Google Audio Ads, which makes terrestrial radio advertising easier by providing an online interface for creating and launching radio advertising campaigns. Google Audio Ads allows you to select from hundreds of U.S. radio stations on which you can run ads -- you can even target customers by station type, demographics, and time of day.
To make it easier to get started with Google Audio Ads, we are offering $400* toward your first radio ad campaign. If you'd like to take advantage of this promotion, you must create your radio ad using the Google Ad Creation Marketplace, a searchable directory of professional ad creation specialists. Note: the specialist who creates your ad will charge you separately from the advertising costs you'll accrue once your campaign starts running.
After you create your new ad, use Google Audio Ads to set up and run your radio campaign by April 30, 2007. Google will apply a $400.00 Audio Ads credit to your account within 30 days of the end of the promotion (by May 31, 2007).
Hmmm sounds interesting.....
