Adwords Editor Error Question

I'm trying to download a fresh copy of an account into Adwords Editor where changes have been implemented via the UI, but Editor is returning an error which reads:

Adwords Editor tried to modify an item that no longer exists in the account.

... then it kills the download.

What does this mean? What do I do now?

I think I'm getting the same problem.

Not exactly "a problem shared is a problem halved" though - methinks this is more a case of "a problem shared is 2 people with a problem"!

I'll let you know if I find a fix.

poster_boy, I sent this thread to a couple of members of the AE team, who replied as quoted below - along with a recommendation to contact the Adwords support folks with account details, so that they can look into it, if this info doesn't do the job for you.

If you are getting this error when using "Get Recent Changes," we recommend you try the menu option "Account > Get full account" instead. As a general best practice, we also recommend everyone does a "Get full account" after making a lot of changes to their account or once every two weeks when making a smaller number of changes.
