number of campains with adwords

how to increase number of campains

Hello all can any one tell me if you can have more than 25 campains with adwords, and how to increase that number if possible.

I have 50 campaigns. It took me some time to convince adwords that I could justify the increae in campaigns, but after numerous attempts, I finally got it increased. Write to them argueing your case, perhaps follow up with a phone call.

I think my limit is around 75 per campaign, then they opened another account for me when I ran out of those. That was when they liked me though, now they preferred I quit adwords :) I feel the same about them.

sailorwd - I think you have misunderstood the question. It is not more adgroups he is after it is more campaigns. Campaigns are normally set at 25 per account. I'm not sure about a limit on adgroups, I know I have several hundred per campaign, and have never been told that I am running out - but I guess there is a limit.

When I ran out of campaigns they gave me a 2nd account.

Just ask, and assuming your setup is reasonable, you should get it.

Yah, if you explain why you want them - they just raised one of my accounts to 100 campaigns after I demonstrated how many different types of products that client had to put in.

Yep - the key to successfully requesting more campaigns is to have an account in which the 25 campaigns normally available are organized and used in a highly effective way - by using ad groups to your advantage, and so on.
