Sharing keywords on different subdomains

Can we run 2 campaigns within the same account that share 80% of their keyword lists but whose destination & display URLS are different subdomains?

city.client.com

You can do that, but Google won't show more than one ad for the same keyword. There are more details at [adwords.google.com...]
