I haven't seen anything posted on adwords image ads for a while. I was wondering how many months/years it's up to for getting an image ad approved (in a new campaign)?

since I quit advertising in search b/c of QS mess, I uploaded some image ads. After about 3 days I emailed support and they were approved that day. I would say allow 3-4 days for approval. Just a guess

on the 5th day, i call them. they expedite (some kind of instant approve, online in 1-2 hours, but further manual review is still pending they tell me, but it's not visible to me and my ads always keep churning). they used to beat the 5 days i allow for them to review and approve - a year ago - now it's regularly like this for me... requires a call.
