Adword Maintenance Today

Several of my campaign were depleted right after the last adwords maintenace. I hope today's really just a maintenance and not qs judgement.

My clicks have gone through the roof in the last half hour and obviously I can't get in to see what's going on.

Is this likely to be part of the maintenance process?
