Keyword Tool Jammed

Can't use the tool, any search just sits on "please wait" and doesn't move. Have emptied cache, tried different browser, different words and nothing.

Only affecting IE not Firefox.

I cant get it to give me cost and position estimates. FF or IE. Kind of important info when pitching new business for G.

OK - I've pinged the tech folks on this one - and so far we are not able to reproduce it.

Is this still happening internetheaven and bigjohnt? If so, I hope you'll contact AdWords support about it and include the list of keywords for which you are experiencing this behavior - and also mention whether you are using the tool within your account or the 'stand alone' one.

Now its working. no problem. I think have some problem for few days.

working now. was not working for a few hours. external or inside account. maybe intermittent overload
