Keyword tool for match options and keyword categories?

I'm wondering whether there is a tool that would create keyword match variations of the keywords I'm feeding it?
So for example, for MY KEYWORD the tool would spit out "MY KEYWORD" and [MY KEYWORD]?

Also is there a tool that would help me categorize my keyword list into logical ad groups?
For example if my keyword are:
red car
blue car
red truck
blue truck
red 4WD
blue 4WD

it would allow me to sort the keywords into categories, such as:
cars (red car, blue car)
trucks (red truck, blue truck)
4WD's (red 4WD, blue 4WD)

Thank you for your help.

The keyword grouper feature in the AdWords editor might be able to help you out.

It's also easy in the editor to import or copy/paste multiple match types of the same keyword.

i like this tool, it's free and simple and it works.

[related-pages.com...]

but it doesn't do the categorization stuff you also want.

you can likely a script that does the same thing or set up some macros in Excel.

Just use the CONCATENATE function in Excel.

=CONCATENATE("[",A1,"]") will do the trick to create exact matches.
