Anyone else?
Via the Find/Edit tool, I'm trying to change the CPC of a handful of keywords & I'm getting one of two messages consistently:1. You may not run multiple tools at once. (I'm not - FYI) If you proceed, all other requests will be canceled. Continue?

Hi poster_boy - are you still experiencing this? Judging by the lack of responses here since the 28th (and also a lack of support emails on the subject), I wonder if this might be something unique to your machine that clearing your AdWords related cookies might resolve?
That said, I'll certainly ask around about this, and see if I can turn anything up. ;)
AWA
I'm specifically trying to find and replace seasonal promotional copy in our Ad Copy.
I have known about this issue for some time now and i assume you have a large amount of AdGroups or a tremendous amount of keywords in your accounts. I have been unable to dublicate this problem in any of our smaller accounts. This issue only seems to apply to very large accounts (large in the sense of keywords or Ad Copy.)
I think this is a processing issue on the Google back-end and it just can't handle the large request.
so may i ask if you have a VERY large account in terms of keywords or adcopy? If so, i think we are experiencing the same problem.

Thanks, AWA... no, I'm not (thakfully!). I have come across this error every once in a while for quite some time, but never before in such consistent fashion. But, since that day, I have yet to receive the error.

JRnow - Yes, we have very large accounts. But, the odd thing is - the requests that triggered the messages were very small.. literally, changing the CPCs of - at most - 5 to 10 keywords. It could have been caused by the size of our accounts, but I doubt it was due to the size of the request.
