Adwords Editor question - how do you remove keyword level bids?

...so, that - en masse - each each keyword uses the ad group default bid?

Deleting the bid (then, re-uploading) doesn't work, neither does replacing the bid with a zero...

There are two ways to easily do this.

In the interface directly if you goto Tools > Advanced Search > Find and Edit Max CPCs; under 3, specify changes, there's a radio button for removing keyword level CPCs.

In the editor, select all campaigns from the left hand menu. Goto the keyword tab and select all. Under the maximum CPC - just clear it. To make sure the changes were made, unselect all and select all the keywords again. The Maximum CPC should now be <default>.

Thank you, eWhisper!

Another Editor question (which didn't seem important enough to deserve it's own thread):

Is there any way to not download deleted ad text?

I have "Download deleted campaigns and ad groups" unchecked, but the deleted ad text still pesters. Any solution?
