What to do Next!

Gosh
I set up a new campaign and what had google served me was: a 5.0 Euros min. bids to activate a keyword!
I used that estimator tool - and it showed that average cpc - would be 0.05 - so 100x lower.

Waht is more I had one campaign deleted, when i made it active agian the min bids were very low, but, UNFORTUNATELY I wanted to add new words.
When I Had done that most of words became inactve ;( and the min. bid increased almost 100 times.

Google makes me crazy!
What to do now? Had anyone the same problem!
And of course i received:FAQ - in response for my email from google support.
