How to view adwords ads in different market

Does anyone know a way of viewing the google adwords ads for the States from a London office?

you can check if your ad is shown up for keyword in usa using tool in adwords , its in tools section

further you may also use adsense preview tool

The easiest way to use this property is to use the 'ad diagnostic tool' in the Google interface.
