Upgraded Service level from Google

What does this mean?

I got an email from Google the other day sayign that due to my high usage of adwords, i was "upgraded" to a new service level (or somethign like that). They gave me a phone # to call for support and listed some adwords tips...which were basically the same generic crap they have been saying for years (i.e. landing page, etc...).

Anyway, does anyone know what this new level entails? Can i expect anything tangible? Or is it just a more direct line to their customer support?

You'll get a gift at Christmas and a couple of calls from a rep and then all of your keywords disabled in a quality score update.

At least that's what happened to me.

Only kidding, you'll be fine. Having an account manager is ok because you can get certain things (ad approvals etc) done a bit quicker.

Got the same upgrade, never got a call from G, never called them either :-), and things just remained the same....

I had an account manager for a while, and one day I emailed her, and they said I didn't have an account manager anymore. This is depsite an almost 7 figure annual spend.

Then again, I do my own thing and never really bother with account managers, so I guess it is fine with me.
