Dynamic Keyword Insertion Ads

How do I get upper case for the keywords

I just tried a dynamic ad but noticed that for 3 word headlines, my first letter for the 3rd word is not in Upper Case, inspite of putting 'KeyWord' in the ad. My understand was that a capital k (K) would make the first alphabet capital while making the w caps (KeyW) would make all first alphabets of each word capital.
This is urgent so quite replies will help. AWA or any one else, can you help please.

I haven't heard of any changes to keyword insertion, so this should still be working as you'd expect. If you want to send me your account ID and the campaign/Ad Group details via StickyMail I can check it out.
