Customized Content Network Sites?

I just read a post on another site that said:
"Set your content network sites to restrict and allow what sites you want you ad to show on"

All i see in my campaign settings is 2 check boxes that allow for the content network, and to set content bidding....

how do i restrict sites for the content network?

There's a link that says "No excluded sites"... on your Campaign Details screen, looks something like this:

Campaign Daily Budget: USD XX ¦ Edit Campaign Settings
No campaign negative keywords: add ¦ No excluded sites: add

Just click on "add" and the instructions are as follows:

On this page, you can specify sites on the content network where you don't want your ads to appear. Please note that your list of excluded sites will apply only to ads in this campaign.

You may only enter domains, subdomains, and up to one directory name.

Example: www.example.com
example.com
negative.example.com
www.example.com/category
www.example.com/home.html
