Foreign Language AdWords campaign

I have a client who wants to expand their ppc offering into the French and Spanish speaking markets. They have a current English language AdWords campaign that is doing well. Their website is already translated into different foreign languages.

Any ideas where to get help setting up AdWords campaigns in foreign languages?

Just add the foreign language keywords like you add English keywords. You should probably make a new campaign to keep them separated.
