When would be the best times to use these options?
Keyword - Line 1 of the ad (reads like a sentence. Capital letter to start, lower case the rest of the way)
KeyWord - heading - Acme Widgets
keyword - Line 1 or 2
Anyone have anything proven to help? Obviously...this all depends on your goals and what you are looking to accomplish...
Also, if you have an adgroup that could potentially hold 1000's of keywords with DKI - do you create one adgroup with a lot of keywords or do you split the keywords into different adgroups with the same ad copy? Does it make any difference, when taking into account the newest changes?
