Budget limit in Google AdWords

I'll tell you a story :) I am managing client accounts in Google AdWords. The way I do it looks like this:

1. A Client gives me 400$: 300$ for ads and 100$ is my commission
2. I am setting up a new client account
3. I send money to Google via bank transfer
4. I start displaying ads
5. When the budget is low I ask client for another 300$
6. And I'll repeat procedure from point 3

Important: the client is paying money to me and I am sending it to Google. The only invoice that Client is given is the invoice from me. It is because of the fact that most of my Clients are too lazy to get involved with accounting with Google - so they prefer me doing all this stuff instead.

Bank transfer payment is not the best because sometimes clients have to wait 2 weeks before the money arrive to Google.

So I wanted to switch to credit card payment however in that case one problem occurs.
I probably cannot set budget limit for specified client account / Campaign.
Is there an option to set for example 300$ limit for Client account?
If I manage 80 client accounts I cannot check daily if he has reached his limit, or not.

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this problem? Can you also offer any tips on the best way of squaring up with the clients?

Do you have amonthly limit for this client, I'm not quite sure what you are getting at.

If you have amonthly budget, you can set his account to a maximum of this amount in the adwords campaign settings page.

Have you tried asking adwords about this? Do you have an adwords account rep? If you do, try phoning them and see how they suggest doing this.
