strange name in MCC qualification status

Hi all,

i went into my MCC summary page today and saw that we had passed an extra exam. Strange, as we only have had 3 people sit the exam.

I clicked through to see what was going on and it sounds like a spanish guys name in there. The strange thing is, when my 2 guys sat the exam, back a few months ago, they both passed it on the same day. This entry is one day after them. I am not sure if this pass has just been credited to the wrong account or what?

There doesn't seem to be anything that has happened in our account so it doesn't seem like it's fraudulent, more of a google glitch.

I have spoken to adwords who are investigating this at the moment, but i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem in the past?

Any ideas?

Never seen this or heard of it. Did a charge for the exam get processed to your org by chance? Have all users change their passwords, but just as a precaution - sounds like a data error that your rep will have to solve.

supposedly someone entered the wrong mcc client number when taking the exam (maybe just one number off), so it's credited to your account.
Just tell your rep and they will look into it...
