As a GAP is it against Google's T&C's to advertise on your website that you are able to offer £50 worth of free clicks to every new Adwords client?

Yeah received an email back from Google. They said you are unable to advertise this directly as the GAP logo should suffice.

Really? There are so many ways they could have said no - but that reason makes no sense whatsoever. How many marketing directors have they feintest idea of what a GAP logo means - leave alone that it means you MIGHT have some vouchers to play with... not that I've ever actually managed to assign one in the 14 day period...

This doesn't sound quite right to me, although I'm not an expert in this arena. I'll check into it, and post again later.

First, my apology - it's a busy time o' year around here, and I've had practically no chance to post in the past few days.

I have, however, consulted on the topic of this thread, and have heard back. The following quote from a colleague on the 'Google Advertising Professionals' team will hopefully serve to clarify:

Google Advertising Professionals are allowed to promote coupons on their website.

If Qualified Individuals or Companies decide to promote coupons through email, please bear in mind that the Google Advertising Professionals terms and conditions prohibit the use of their Qualified logos in email.

(AWA note: see [adwords.google.com...] for details)

Additionally, Google Advertising Professionals need to adhere to the terms and conditions of the promotional credits when promoting them to their prospective clients - and these may be found in the My Client Center.

Sorry for the confusion, dane120 (and others). I hope this clears it up.
