Google sends me visitors from Kenya

When I requested for United States traffic

I have 2 AdWords campaigns started, one keyword targeted and site targeted, both of them are set to get visitors from En language sites and United States country.

I have a live chat program that shows me referrer and I saw visitors coming from GoogleSyndication url and visitors are from Kenya.

Anyone knows why would this happen?
Anyone seen this before?
It can have a great negative effect. I am sure the Africans are not interested in my products.

Geotargeting is not reliable. You'll just have to live with some clicks from outside of your targeted area.
