Ok so I am lost here, I want to pay approximately 0.04 per click in the Search Returns. I have a real estate for ay timbuktu. I realize that to get more clicks Ive got to show up more.

How do I do this? I have a budget of 1000.00 for the day should I try and go for over 2,000 keywords. I am wondering if this will help.

Any thoughts anyone?

To show up more in Google , you have to increase the number of keywords that you bid(how much you bid also determines whether you will show up more or not). But in Google, just showing up will not get clicks for you. Your ad text should be got to make the visitors click on your ad.

If you get all the things right, you can think about getting 0.04 for each search click.(Real estate is a tough market).

More keywords. Better copy. Higher position via either higher quality score or higher CPC - to gain higher visibility per search and a greater chance at being included in syndicated partner results. Better converting site and/or landing pages to help justify higher CPCs and more spend.

With such a low ceiling on CPC, it'll be tough - but work on it... optimize, test, expand, and optimize some more.

More keywords yes
But more content or content better aligned to the keyword and adcopy will also help.

try paying .10 or .30 for a while to get better CTR. decrease CPC at later stage.

I agree. I have a real estate site and I would say .04 is a tad too low.

Look at the ad position you are getting on average. If it is below 8 - increase the bid so that your advert is showing on page one of the search results all the time.

Change your ad text - re-word, perhasp do some A/B testing to see which adverts trigger the most clicks.

Are you using the broad, phrase and exact matched keyword options in the most efficient way?

Have you selected accelerated listing in your campaign settings?

Just a few thoughts. :)
