I get landing page requests from IP '172.16.182.100, unknown' without any referrer information and unchanged google query parameter, i.e. '?kw={keyword}'
User agent is Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1).

Is this Google AdBot in disguise?

172.16.182.100 is part of private IP address space. This should be blocked by your enterprise routers. If it's coming from inside your network, check to see if any of your machines have been compromised.

So, you suggest I report this to my hoster?

Another thing is that remote address is reported as '172.16.182.100, unknown'. From what I understand, the "unknown" part tells me that this is a proxy? Am I wrong?

Yes, you should report this to your hoster. As to your question about proxies, what type of tracking software are you using? It may consider things that do not fall into other identifiable categories proxies, but my guess is that you've been hit by some type of malware.
