anyway, as i was looking at reports on my Ad Campaign, i noticed that in October my Content Network was "disabled". I thought it was becuase my QS was too low.
As i am not going to my Ad Campaign settings to adjust a few things, i see that i can opt back into the Content Network....ALTHOUGH, i never explciitly opted out....
Do i get opted out automatically by Google, and then have to Opt back in?....i just dont get how it could have been disabled if i didnt select to be opted out....?
anyone?
