I am a PPC manager and i have to accommodate multiple clients under the mcc account i hold. I shall be firing reports via the google adwords api .How would the billing be done? shall i receive all the bills for the sub accounts i hold and the api request i fire on behalf of them or my clients shall have to get inside their individual accounts and pay up the money. Please provide me some detail on this as i am really confused with the billing system of google adwords api.
