$0.01 Minimum bid Active for Content Network

What does this mean?

Hello I can someone help I cant understand this I bid on several keywords and placed my maximum bid at $0.01. In the box all the keywords said active.

I then disabled the search network and held only the content network. Will my ads show up on the content network.

Also what is the Avg CTR on the google content network.

If you're lucky your ads may show on content at $0.01 - perhaps not much, not often and not for very long.

CTR on content is, in my experience, 2 orders of magnitude lower than on search - rarely gets as high as 0.1%

An interesting aside is that if you bit in £'s then your loweset possible bit is twice as much.
