Check your campaign setting to see if you are opted into the content network.
If your campaign is new, it might take a little longer for ads to show up on the content network as the content partners too review ads.
If you dont see impression soon and its worrying you, you should write to support. They would be able to help you out.

I would guess you've been hit by the new "Quality Score" algorithm for content.
