I am running a PPC campaign to get leads for a Lasik surgeon in a particular area in CA. I spend about $100 per day. Budgets get exhausted each day - but no conversions so far - the ads are good, the landing pages are very sharp ad has "call to actions" implemented etc.
Can anyone give me some pointers?

Try AMZ's methods...

New & Used Eye Balls.
Great Prices - in stock!

Alternatively, see what the competition is doing.

The target market for Lasik would be very, very specialized and it's something people would think long and hard about, so you'd likely need to churn a lot of traffic to get measurable conversions.

The first thing to do is test lower bid prices to see if you can squeeze more traffic out of the same budget. Start lowering them until you reach the point that you don't quite use up your daily budget.

Then take another look at your landing page ... get someone who hasn't seen it before to explore those calls to action and see if they respond the way you'd expect. Test some variations to see if tweaking different aspects improves user response.

sounds like your getting clicks, but lack the expected follow through...

how many clicks (visits) have you gotten? more than 300 or so? if it's less than that, i'd say you may not yet have enough data to draw any conclusions at all. if you get to 500 and have zero sales, you've got enough data and something is amiss.

use your logs / analytics to see what these visitors are doing, how long they are staying, etc... you mentioned no conversions - analyze what happens before that point, but after adwords lands them on your pages. what's your visitors average stay time on the site after landing? getting any returning traffic?

make sure you test your conversion tracking - both online and phone tracking - do a test purchase and call the phone reps and see if tracking is as it should be.
