Copying campaigns in one account

Is there an easy way?

I have a campaign that serves a particular area. I'd like to make exactly the same campaign for a different region. Besides doing this manualy, which will include typing a dozen ads and hundreds of keywords, is there a better way to do this?

Thank you for help!

Yes, I know about this featur, but it only copies the campaign settings, like distribution and budget. I would like to copy adgroups, ads, and keywords too.

You can also use the adwords editor to duplicate the entire campaign.

If you're using advanced settings, then you'll have to login to adwords to change some of those settings, however, the ad copy, keywords, and ad groups will all be there.
