moving adgroups

Is it possible to move all adgroup, not only adtext and keywords from one campaign to another? I know that it is possible to copy and move adtext and keywords to an already existing adgroups but I want to move adgroup to another campaign. Or maybe it is possible to create "clear" adgroup and then copy adtext and keyword.
