I have 1 ad that has 1800 kewwords in it - mostly a lot of variations of spelling and syntax. Most get few impressions and a large nuber don't get any clicks at all. Is this negatively effecting my CPC? on the keywords that are working in this adgroup?

Please feel free to blast me if need be - and advice on how to properly set things up woud be gratefully accepted.

thanks :-)

Firstly I would say far too many keyword in one adgroup. Secondly - I think you will find that Google takes spelling errors etc into account these days - so not necessarily helping you. Thirdly, if you have keywords that receive impressions and no clicks it will decrease yur CTR resulting in a drop in QS. Best to lose keywords that do not perform - you are hanging on for the odd clcik that might never come at the cost of those words that are performing. IMHO :)
