If there are more than 20 companies paid for a certain adword such as 'cell phone', as it is not possible to list 20 companies in one page, how google select companies to be showed?

Many factors... but Bid per click and quality score would be the top ones.

Bid click is the money a company pays for each click? SO the higher the better?
