How do you get a personal rep?

How do you get a rep? Is it assigned to you or do you ask for one or what? I spend over $15k a month and have to solve my problems via email so I am wondering if you need some special advertising budget to get a dedicated adwords rep to take care of your account

Write them an email and tell them how much you've spent in each of the last three months. It might take a little while for them to get to your request, but your spend would qualify you for dedicated support.
