Dynamic landing pages for AdWords?

We all know that the actual content of your landing page now plays a role in determining the position of your AdWords ad. I also know that you can dynamically generate pages using paramters passed in the search string (we do it with ASP).

My question is this: If we dynamically generate landing pages this way for our users to display the keywords they clicked an ad for, will AdWords also see those keywords and subsequently improve the position of our PPC ads?

I suppose our only other option is to create a few hundred new landing pages by hand. I'd hate to waste time doing it wrong either way.

You can still generate your pages dynamically, but do that using parameter in the landing URL, not using the query in the referrer.

How significant is this? I mean, must you have the exact phase in your landing page? What if you have 2 out of 3 words on the page?

Also, does this impact the position only? Or does it also affect pricing? And how siginificant is this effect?
