Biding on my Trademark

How can I stop a competitor from doing this

I have a competitor that is bidding on my trademark in Adwords. I have searched the Adwords help topics but I could not find any info on this.

Does anyone know how I can put a stop to this? A number to call?

Have you tried:
a) contacting your competitor and reminding them it is a trademark - may work if they are actually using the term on their site.
b) contacting Google if they have no basis for use of the trademark.
c) accepting the flattery ;-0

The way I understand it, the rules as laid out by Google on this depend on what country you're in. If you're in the US, your competitor can BID on your trademarked term, but he can't use it in his ad text.
