I know that Google periodically chooses random users to give them different results variations (i.e. 20 or 30 search results, different colored sponsored links boxes etc) but this is one that I have not seen before.

I hit a sponsored link, then hit back to go back to the search results page. Under the sponsored link that I just hit was a little message that said "Was this link helpful?" and then a little javascript box to check yes or no, which was interesting. Has anyone else seen this?

I assume that Google will start to collect this information to help evaluate quality scores for sites and landing pages, to ultimately help adjust minimum CPC's and potentially other factors? Thoughts?

Just another test at this point, ThreeMikes. This has been mentioned a time or two in this forum already, which may be why no one has responded. But you should find at least a couple of past threads on the subject if you're looking for other's thoughts.
